- Provided Construction Management services for $750,000 residential project, 3 unit gut and rehab, in the City of Chicago. This included completion of onsite supervision, bid review, contractor selection, scheduling and coordination, change orders, waivers, sworn statements, and bank draws.
- Worked collaboratively with a large team of consultants, from various fields, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Completed over a dozen residential projects from design development through construction documents. Including proposal preparation, design meetings directly with clients, and directing drafting assignments of interns.
